The unique nature of handmade pottery means we cannot offer refunds or reimburse for shipping costs. All sales are final.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please take photos of the box, packing material and all shipped items, including damaged pieces. Email glazeonstudio@gmail.com within 2 days of receipt to discuss replacement.
